1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account on 2jll.app, accessing any part of the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 2jll (the "Platform").
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 2jll platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility
To register and maintain an active account on 2jll, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gaming laws.
- You must be a resident of, or located in, the Philippines at the time of play.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 2jll or any associated company.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with 2jll or any affiliated gaming platform.
- You must not have any existing account on the 2jll platform, whether active or suspended.
2jll reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension and temporary withholding of withdrawals pending review.

If you are under 21 years of age, you are strictly prohibited from registering or using the 2jll platform in any capacity. 2jll takes its obligations regarding underage gambling seriously and cooperates fully with any regulatory investigation in this regard.
3. Account Registration
3.1 One Account per Player
Each individual may only hold one account on the 2jll platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or via shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 2jll reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit any balances held in duplicate accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information Required
When registering on 2jll, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2jll login credentials. 2jll will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the 2jll support team immediately via support@2jll.app.
3.4 Account Verification
2jll operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's licence, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any point during your account lifecycle — particularly before processing large withdrawals.

4. Deposits & Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
2jll accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
4.2 Funding Your Account
Funds deposited into your 2jll wallet are available for use on the platform immediately upon successful processing. 2jll does not charge deposit fees on any of the listed payment methods. Third-party processing fees applied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside 2jll's control and are your responsibility.
4.3 Deposit Source
You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from a third party to deposit into your 2jll account, is not permitted and may constitute a breach of Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
Minimum Deposit:
₱100 via all supported Philippine payment methods. No deposit fees charged by 2jll.
5. Withdrawals
5.1 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests on 2jll are processed in Philippine Peso via GCash, Maya, or bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and Maya transfers typically complete within five minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet typically arrive within the hour.
5.2 Withdrawal to Verified Methods Only
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. 2jll does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.3 Verification Before Withdrawal
2jll may request identity verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests — particularly for first-time withdrawals, withdrawals above certain thresholds, or in cases where account activity triggers a compliance review. This is a standard procedure applied consistently to all players and is not an indication of wrongdoing.
5.4 Pending Bets
Funds tied to open or pending bets are not available for withdrawal until the relevant event is settled and the bet outcome is confirmed. Only cleared, settled balances may be withdrawn.
6. Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet placed on 2jll is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the platform system. Confirmation is displayed on-screen immediately after a bet is submitted. Until that confirmation is displayed, no bet is considered accepted.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type, market, and event. Applicable limits are displayed within each game or betting market before you place your bet. 2jll reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
6.3 Obvious Errors
In the event of an obvious pricing or odds error — where a price or payout was clearly incorrect at the time of bet placement — 2jll reserves the right to void affected bets and return the original stake to the player's wallet. This applies to sports betting markets, virtual sports, and casino game malfunctions.
6.4 Game Results
For sports betting markets, official results from the relevant sporting authority or league govern settlement. For casino games and virtual sports, the outcome generated by the certified RNG system at the time of play is final. 2jll's decision on disputed results is final after internal review.
Malfunctions void all pays and plays.
In the event of a game or system malfunction, affected rounds will be voided and stakes returned to your 2jll wallet.
7. Bonuses & Promotions
7.1 General Bonus Conditions
All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and cashback offers on 2jll are subject to wagering requirements and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any promotion before opting in.
7.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable rollover requirement is stated clearly on every bonus offer on 2jll. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus.
7.3 Bonus Abuse
2jll has systems in place to detect patterns of bonus abuse — including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have their bonus and derived winnings voided and their account suspended.
7.4 One Bonus at a Time
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one active bonus may be held per account at any time. Depositing while a bonus is active may extend or reset wagering requirements — please check the active promotion terms before making a deposit.

8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2jll platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:
- Cheating, collusion, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to place bets or interact with the platform in place of manual player action.
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform software to gain an unfair advantage.
- Money laundering or any use of 2jll for any financial activity prohibited under Philippine law.
- Accessing the 2jll platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
- Impersonating another player, 2jll staff member, or any other person in connection with the platform.
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity.
2jll cooperates fully with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and law enforcement agencies in any investigation of prohibited conduct on the platform.
9. Privacy & Data

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Account Suspension & Closure
11.1 Suspension by 2jll
2jll reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred, if the account is subject to a regulatory hold, or if the account has been identified as posing a risk to the integrity of the platform.
11.2 Disputed Suspensions
If your 2jll account is suspended and you believe this was done in error, you may contact the support team at support@2jll.app to request a review. 2jll commits to responding to all account suspension inquiries within five business days.
11.3 Voluntary Closure
You may request to close your 2jll account at any time by contacting the support team. Any cleared, eligible balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 2jll's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
2jll is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive loss arising from: technical failures outside 2jll's direct control, telecommunications network interruptions, force majeure events, or a player's decision to wager funds. 2jll's casino and sports betting products involve real-money risk. Players accept this risk by registering on the platform.
13. Amendments to These Terms
2jll reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, withdrawal conditions, or eligibility — 2jll will provide notice via email to the registered address on file or via a prominent announcement on the platform, with at least seven days' notice before the changes take effect.

14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 2jll's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
